Valencia Cooperative Housing Society

Valencia Co-Op Housing Society is one of the prestigious housing societies located  in Hiranandani Gardens Complex in Powai, Mumbai.

The building was constructed by Lake View Developers and occupancy started in 1997. The society is spread over an area of 1,50,000 sq ft and comprises of 128 flats. It is an 18 stories building build by renowned architect Mr Hafeez Contractor.
